• the ECR doesn't detect the journal tape presence in the printer
damaged connection of the external sensor with the Intercon PCB
damaged external photoconductive sensor – replace the sensor
Caution: The repair of malfunctions and errors that are not mentioned in this chapter are to be entrusted to
service centre in the company residence. This can avoid further needless damage of ECR electronics.
