ECR memory used by the microcontroller is divided into two basic parts:
•
programme memory
•
data memory
The programme storage is provided by the EPROM memory of the kB capacity, which is activated using the CS signal.
The data memory uses the static RAM (SRAM) of the kB capacity, which is activated using the CS signal. The ECR acces-
sories also contain the SRAM extension module that extends the ECR memory by up to × kB RAM.
The Euro-TX ECR uses the memory circuits with ultra low input that lower the power supply demands and significantly
prolong the memory power backup via the accumulator. Exchange of these memory circuits with others with the same ca-
