Diagnostic possibilities
As a slave on the PROFIBUS-DP the CP system offers exten-
sive diagnostic possibilities via the PROFIBUS-DP.
Please note
The diagnostic information is only sent to the master
system when device-related diagnosis is activated in the
switch module. To do this, set switch element 8 of the
8-element DIL switch to "ON".
The diagram below shows the steps which are important for
diagnosing the CP system.
