2. Position the mouse under the icon of the master and click
once 2.
The mask "PROFIBUS Address" will appear 3.
3. Select the address identical to the selected setting of the
DIL switch in the switch module (see chapter 1.2.2) and
confirm.
The mask "Slave Parameters" will appear 4.
4. Select the station type "Festo CPV DI01" and confirm. The
icon of the Festo valve terminal will appear under the
graphic of the master. (Prerequirements: You have copied
the icon file as described in step 2 of the preparations).
Station selection is then completed.
Configuration with COM PROFIBUS 3.x
Prerequirements:
– The Device data base must be in the directory of your
PC/programmer.
– The mask "Bus parameter" must be edited (bus profile,
baud rate)
– The PROFIBUS address must be assigned (see above)
– The station type "FESTO CPV DI01" must be selected (see
above)
Access the mask "Configure".
1. Double-click with the left-hand mouse key or once with
the right-hand key on the icon of the Festo valve terminal.
2. Select "Configure" in the menu which appears. The mask
"Configure" appears (Fig. 2/5).
