To deactivate Never check for Updates:

Manually delete the MS-Windows Registry entry.

Reboot the System.

Search updates once again to change the MS-Windows update state.

Under WES 7 and Win 7 Professional, please observe:

Do not click on the Eject DLT-V4108xx button, which fades in on the taskbar using the Eject
Media icon:
If the Eject DLT-V4108xx button is clicked on:
− Malfunctions during the communication with the environment controller are possible.
− The operating system must be restarted.
