5. Installation procedures

Fasten the tile fixation nut.
In case one tile corner stick out of the neighboring tiles, check if the tile positioning bolt of that corner is
fasten (as far as possible turned clockwise). Sometimes, due to vibrations during transport, some tile fixation
bolts get loose.
5.11 Installation of the filter kit
The filter kit must be installed before the side and bottom cladding plates are installed. Remove the side and
bottom cladding first in case the filter kit is installed on a later point of time than the installation of the display.
Necessary tools
•
5 mm hexagon Allen key.
•
10 mm open ended spanner.
Necessary parts
•
One fan assembly per column.
•
One power split cable per column.
•
Four M6 hexagon flange nuts per fan assembly (G).
•
Four M6x16 hexagon socket button head cap screws per fan assembly (H).
How to install the filter kit ?
1. Fasten a filter kit underneath every column of tiles. Use four M6 hexagon flange nuts and four M6x16 hexagon socket button
head cap screws.
2. Electrical connect all fans together in a chain using power split cables and connect this chain with the last tile in the bottom row
of tiles. (image 5-45)
