Wipe-clean
the exterior surfaces ot the
medical
device
with
a
disposable cloth
moistenoo
with
disinfectant or a ready-to-use soaked disinfectant
cloth.
Due to
their
protein-f0<ating effect and
possible
material
incompatibility, alcohol-
based agents must not
be
used. The
chemical
manufacturer's specifications regarding
material
compatibility
must be
observed. At
tt1e
end
of
the
necessary exposure time for the disinfectant as
specified
by
the man ufacturer, wipe the surface
with
a dry
low
lint
cloth.
