Wenn die Hohendifferenz auf
einen positiven
Wert
eingestellt wird, rechnet das Gerat
den zusatzlichen
hydrostatischen Druck auf dieser Hohe bereits rnit
ein.
Dies ist durch einen
bleibenden
1st-Wert (weiBe
Balkenanzeige) zu
erl<ennen,
der
auch
bei nicht-
aktivierter
Pumpe zu sehen ist.
Wenn eine negative
Hohendifferenz
eingestellt
ist,
rechnet das Gerat den
fehlenden hydrostatischen
Druck mit
ein
und addiert
diesen
zum gemessenen
Druckwert. Die Sollwerte
werden
auch
rnit
dieser
Korrekt ur aut die Maximalwerte
begrenzt.
Wenn die eingestellte und die tatsachliche
Hohendifferenz des Gerats
zurn Patienten
nicht
Obereinstimmen, entspricht
der
angezeigte
Druck
nicht dern tatsachlich wirkenden Druck.

If the height difference is set to a positive
value,
the device
will
facto
r in
the
additional
hydrostatic
pressure at this
height.
This can be identified by
means of
an
enduring actual value (white
bar
display), which
can also be
seen
even
when
the
pump is not activated.
If a negative height difference is
set,
the device will
factor
in
the missing hydrostatic pressure and will
add this to the measured pressure value. The target
values are
still
limited to the maximum values with
this correction.
If
the
set
height difference does not
match
the
actual
height difference
between
the device and the
patient, then the displayed pressure wi
ll
not
match
the
actual
pressure.
