② When the transmitter detects invalid data is inputted, an error message box similar to Fig. 145 will
be displayed. Click "OK" and correct the relevant data.

3.11.4.1 Error/Alarm

If any error/alarm occurs, the following message or code appears on the "Process Variables" screen
of LinkTop or the LCD display of the transmitter. Execute the countermeasures on the next page.
When error/alarm is cleared, the message will disappear.
NOTES: 1. Error is a state where flow measurement is not carried out normally due to improper
setting or occurrence of a significant problem.
2. Alarm is a state where measurement is conducted but output or display is not
carried out normally.
