③ To stop getting and displaying logs, click "Stop" .
④ You can save the currently displayed log as a CSV file by clicking "Save". Then the following
dialog box (Fig. 114) will be displayed. Assign the location of saving file and a file name and click
"Save (S)".
⑤ To exit error log display, click "Cancel" .
