3.7.1.4 Measurement Pipe Empty Detection Function (Empty pipe)

① Click "Diag/Service (T)" from the menu, and select "Empty pipe" from the list of "Self diag", then
the following window (Fig. 82) will be displayed.
"AMP1" ... Voltage at detector point AMP 1
"AMP2" ... Voltage at detector point AMP 2
② Execute detection of an empty measurement pipe. Click "Start" to display a message box (Fig. 83).
Click "OK" to start diagnosis.
③ During diagnosis, a message, "Executing self diagnosis now ... " is displayed at the bottom of the
window as shown in Fig. 84. If the diagnosis indicates normal, "Good" is displayed. If the diagnosis
indicates abnormal, "Fail" is displayed.
④ To stop the diagnosis, click "Stop" . A message box (Fig. 85) is displayed. Click "OK" .
⑤ The window before starting diagnosis is displayed. To exit, click "Cancel" .
