Removing the Replenisher Pumps

IMPORTANT
For this procedure the processor must
be deenergized. See page 1-7. In
addition, the DRIVE SIDE ACCESS
PANEL must be removed from the
processor. See pages 1-3 through 1-5
for instructions, if necessary.
[1] Install CLAMP, TL-2170, onto both of the
REPLENISHMENT TUBES to prevent
leakage.
[2] Disconnect either CONNECTOR P/J 37
located at the back of the DEVELOPER
PUMP COVER, or CONNECTOR P/J 38
located at the back of the FIXER PUMP
COVER.
[3] Remove:
• 2 MOUNTING SCREWS
• REPLENISHER PUMP.
[4] If necessary, install new parts or, install a new
REPLENISHER PUMP. See Figure 5-4 on
page 5-5 for the location of parts.
[5] Install all parts removed in previous steps and
make any necessary connections.
[6] Remove the CLAMP TL-2170 from each of
the REPLENISHMENT TUBES.
[7] Check the replenishment rates. See the
Operator Manual.
