*1 When LSP (Forward rotation stroke end) or LSN (Reverse rotation stroke end) is turned off during the magnetic pole detection, the
operation of the magnetic pole detection is carried on to the opposite direction.
When both LSP and LSN are off, [AL. 027 Initial magnetic pole detection error] occurs.
*2 The following shows the pitch against the magnetic pole.

When LSP or LSN is off at servo-on, the magnetic pole detection is performed as follows.

The linear servo motor reciprocates several times and returns to the magnetic pole detection start position
to complete the magnetic pole detection, and then changes into the servo-lock status. At this time, there
may be a gap, approximately a quarter of the pitch against magnetic pole, from the start position.
