By default, the Load Profile tool uses a LPR subdirectory as a download target
directory in the location that PCM600 suggests that is currently C:/PCMDatabases.
Thus, the default location is C:/PCMDatabases/LPR. If it is does not exist it is
created at the first time the tool is launched. The user may change the target directory
but the tool does not remember the selection after closing.
