YASKAWA TOEP YAIP1W 02E YASKAWA AC Drive - iQpump1000 Installation & Start-up Guide
Overtorque Detection 2
The current has exceeded the value set for Overtorque Detection 2 (L6-05) for longer than the allowable time
(L6-06).
High Slip Braking oL
The output frequency stayed constant for longer than the time set to n3-04 during High Slip Braking.
External HOA Keypad Connection Fault
The HOA keypad has been disconnected from the drive.
Note:
An oPr fault will occur when all of the following conditions are true:
• Output is interrupted when the keypad is disconnected (o2-06 = 1).
• The Run command is assigned to the operator (b1-02 = 0 and LOCAL has been selected).
Overvoltage
Voltage in the DC bus has exceeded the overvoltage detection level.
• For 200 V class drives: approximately 410 V
• For 400 V class drives: approximately 820 V (740 V when E1-01 is less than 400)
• For 600 V class drives: approximately 1040 V
Input Phase Loss
Drive input power has an open phase or has a large imbalance of voltage between phases. Detected when L8-05 is
set 1 (enabled).
Pump Over Cycle
Braking Resistor Fault
The resistance of the braking resistor is too low.
Braking Resistor Overheat
Braking resistor protection was triggered.
Fault detection is enabled when L8-01 = 1 (disabled as a default).
Dynamic Braking Transistor
The built-in dynamic braking transistor failed.
IGBT Short Circuit or Ground Fault
Too Many Speed Search Restarts
The number of Speed Search restarts exceeded the value set to b3-19.
Suction Pressure Loss
Wire-break detection for suction pressure.
Time Data Error
Thermistor Disconnect
The thermistor that detects motor temperature has become disconnected.
Time Interval Error
Time Not Set
Temperature Lost Geothermal Input
The geothermal input is not present.
Undertorque Detection 1
The current has fallen below the minimum value set for torque detection (L6-02) for longer than the allowable time
(L6-03).
Undertorque Detection 2
The current has fallen below the minimum value set for torque detection (L6-05) for longer than the allowable time
(L6-06).
Motor Underload
The load has fallen below the underload curve defined in L6-14.
Current Unbalance
Current flow has become unbalanced.
