In this mode, the settings are made for the on-board Leslie Eff ect
and the External Leslie Speaker.
Th ere are many parameters related to the Leslie eff ect, but they
cannot set each parameter every Patch by Patch.
To locate this mode:
MENU/EXIT
or, keep pressing either of the [BYPASS], [STOP], [FAST] buttons for a few seconds.
See "Function mode" (P. 68) for operation details.

CABINET NUMBER

❶ CABINET NUMBER (P)
Selects the Cabinet Number to use in the Patch.
Th e setting range is F1 to F8 (not-overwritable) and U1 to U8 (overwritable). If any of
the Leslie parameter are edited, "*" is displayed on the left side.

LESLIE PARAMETERS

❷ CABINET NAME (L)
Sets the Cabinet Name by up to 10 characters.
Move the cursor with the [ ][ ] button and select letters with the [VALUE] knob. Al-
lowable values are: symbols, digits and the large and small Alphabet.
Th e name and following (L) parameters are not recorded until the Cabinet Macro is
recorded into memory (See the next paragraph.)
❸ SPEAKER (L)
Selects the virtual speaker type.
145:
Leslie 145, small rotary speaker system
147:
Leslie 147, large rotary speaker system
122:
Leslie 122, large rotary speaker system
PR-40: Hammond PR-40, stationary speaker system
❹ / ⓭ SLOW SPEED - HORN / DRUM (L)
Sets the rotor speed on the Slow mode.

LESLIE

Th e on-board Leslie parameters are grouped in macro-settings
called "CABINETS". You select the CABINET NUMBER in the
Patches where this selection is saved as part of the Patch.

CONCEPT OF THE CABINET NUMBER
One Cabinet is equivalent to a virtual Leslie
speaker made with the Leslie parameter.
This is a Patch parameter only in these func-
tion pages.
