CONNECTING THE EXPRESSION PEDAL

CONNECTING THE CU-1 LESLIE SWITCH (purchased separately)

Use the two thumbscrews provided with the CU-1 to secure
it to the underside of the Lower Manual.

Connect the EXP-100F to the EXP. PEDAL jack.
NOTE: In order to use the EXP-100F Expression Pedal, the EXP-
SOURCE switch in the CONTROL Edit Menu must be set either to
"EXP. PEDAL" or "BOTH." This is explained on page 123.
1. Make sure the power to the instrument is "OFF."
2. Connect the EXP-50/20/30 to either the CONTROL 1 or
CONTROL 2 jack.
3. Set the [POLARITY] at "NORM."
4. Turn the power to the instrument "ON."
NOTE: In order to use the EXP-50, EXP-50J, EXP-20 or EXP-30, the
CONTROL MODE switch in the CONTROL Edit Menu must be set
to "EXPRESSION." This is explained on page 122.

Connect the CU-1 to the CU-1 jack found on the
recessed Accessory Panel (see page 12).
