Side loading

Place the left adjustable paper guide on the left side of your document. As

for center loading push the document into the funnel-shaped insertion slot

so that it makes contact with the rollers inside the scanner.

Do not move the right adjustable paper guide unless you need to scan

media wider than 61" (see next section).

Left Adjustable Paper Guide

Use the left adjustable guide to:



Support the left edge of the paper to ensure a straight feeding path



Set up easy paper guidance for rapid batch feeding

Adjusting paper width:



Place your document against the right paper guide



Move the left paper guide so it is against the left edge of the document

Right Paper Guide

For documents wider than the specified paper width of 62" the Right Paper

Guide can be removed. Remove the Left Adjustable Paper Guide also.

Remove Right Paper Guide for Oversized documents
