Caution: If you want to connect remotely to your Raven using TCP/
IP, the IP address given to your modem by TELUS cannot be a private
or internal IP address (such asspecial private network) unless you are
on the same network or inside that network's firewall (such as with
frame relay).
iDEN Communication
Integrated Digital Enhanced Network (iDEN) is a mobile
communications technology providing its users the benefits of
a trunked radio and a cellular network. Using a SIM card with
all the account data pre‐programmed, installation of an iDEN
modem is greatly simplified.
