Step Action
Click the Method/Tray position button.
Result: The Method/Tray position dialog opens.

• Select Fluorescence as the Method, and choose EtBr from the pull-down menu.
The 605DF40 filter is automatically selected.
• Select the Tray position.
• Click the OK button.
