rmdir directory_name

• Deletes the directory with the specified name from the remote host (from the SD Memory Card).
• The directory must be empty to be deleted.
• An error will occur if the specified directory does not exist or is not empty.
pwd

• Displays the work directory on the remote host.
append
l Format
append local_file_name [remote_file_name]
l Function
• Uses the file data type that is specified by the type command to append the local file to the re-
mote host (on the SD Memory Card).
cd
l Format
cd [directory_name]
l Function
• Changes the remote host work directory to the specified remote directory.
• Files on the SD Memory Card are stored in the MEMCARD1 directory under the root directory (/).
• The root directory (/) is the directory that is used when you log onto the built-in EtherNet/IP port.
The MEMCARD1 directory does not exist if an SD Memory Card is not inserted in the Communi-
cation Control Unit or if the SD Memory Card power indicator on the Communication Control Unit
is not lit.
