is the ACL rate limiter configuration of port, The system sup-
ports 16 broadband strategy, speed range: 0-3276700 / PPS or
0,100,200,300 ... between 10000000kbps.

Select the policy to apply to this port
Select filter out traffic is forwarded or blocked
Select which rate limiter ID to apply on this port
Select which port frames are redirected on. The allowed
values are Disabled or a specific port number and it
can't be set when action is permitted. The default value
is "Disabled".
Frames received on the port are mirrored or not mir-
rored.
