SAFETY CHECKS

For the safe operation of stationary electrostatic spraying equipment for fl ammable liquid coating products,
intervals for periodical inspections are defi ned as follows:
Inspection point
Gun cleaning, gun fl ushing
Hoses, tubes, couplings
Grounding
Inspection for damage
Locking of the technical ventilation with the
electrostatic spraying equipment
The above recommended intervals are maximum values and may be modifi ed by the operator depending on
the local and operational conditions and the contamination.
Damaged devices must be decommissioned and repaired immediately.

DANGER
Only a WAGNER service center or a suitably trained person may
carry out repairs and replace parts.
Only repair and replace parts that are listed in the "Spare parts"
chapter and that are assigned to the unit.
Before all work on the device and in the event of work interruptions:
- Switch off the energy supply and the compressed air supply.
- Relieve the pressure from the spray gun and device.
- Secure the spray gun against actuation.
Observe the operating and service manual for all work.
