TRAINING THE OPERATING STAFF

Before any work on the device, in the event of work interruptions and
malfunctions:

WARNING
The operating staff must be qualifi ed to operate the entire system.
The operating staff must be familiar with the potential risks
associated with improper behavior as well as the necessary
protective devices and measures.
Before work commences, the operating staff must receive
appropriate system training.
WARNING
If contact with lacquers or cleaning agents causes skin irritation,
appropriate precautionary measures must be taken, e.g., wearing
protective clothing.
The footwear worn by operating staff must comply with
EN ISO 20344. The measured insulation resistance must not
exceed 100 megohms.
The protective clothing, including gloves, must comply with
EN ISO 1149-5. The measured insulation resistance must not
exceed 100 megohms.
WARNING
Switch off the energy/compressed air supply.
Relieve the pressure from the spray gun and unit.
Secure the spray gun against actuation.
In the event of functional faults: remedy the fault as described in
the "Troubleshooting" chapter.
