OPERATION
AIR CONDITIONER SWITCH
This switch (8) is used to turn the air conditioner (cooling, dehu-
midifying, heating) ON or OFF.
When the fan is actuated (the display monitor shows (b)) and

air conditioner switch (8) is pressed, the air conditioner is
switched ON, the lamp at the top of the air conditioner switch
lights up, and the air conditioner starts. When it is pressed
again to the OFF position, the lamp at the top of the air condi-
tioner switch goes out.
The air conditioner cannot be operated while the fan is
●
stopped.
DEFROSTER SELECTOR LEVER
This switch (9) is used in cold or rainy weather to remove the mist
that forms on the front glass.
Selector lever forward: To defroster (open)
Selector lever back: Closed
The defroster can be used when the vent selector switch is set to
face or face and foot.
METHOD OF OPERATION
The air conditioner can be operated automatically or manually.
Select the method of operation as desired.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION
1. Turn auto switch (5) ON.
The lamp at the top of switch (5) lights up.
