Check the fuel pressure.
Check all hoses (e.g. fuel, cooling, bleeder, drainage, etc.) and sleeves for cracking, leaks,
and incorrect routing.
Check the antifreeze and coolant level. (
Check the cables for damage and for routing without kinks.
Check that the throttle cables are undamaged, routed without sharp bends, and set correctly.
Clean the air filter and air filter housing.
Change the glass fiber yarn filling of the main silencer.
Service the fork.
Service the shock absorber.
Check the screws and nuts for tightness.
Check the headlight setting. (
Check idle.
Check that the radiator fan is functioning properly.
Final check: Check the vehicle is roadworthy and take a test ride.
Read out the error memory after the test ride using the KTM diagnostics tool.
Make the service entry in the KTM Dealer.net and in the Service and Manufacturer Warranty
Booklet.

Change the front brake fluid.
Change the rear brake fluid.
Change the hydraulic clutch fluid.
Grease the steering head bearing.
Service the fork.
Service the shock absorber.
Change the fuel filter.
Perform engine service including removing and installing the engine. (Change the spark
plug and spark plug connector. Change the piston. Check/measure the cylinder. Check the
cylinder head. Change the valves, valve springs, and valve spring seats. Check the camshaft
and cam lever. Change the connecting rod, conrod bearing and crank pin. Change the shaft
seal rings of the water pump. Check the transmission and shift mechanism. Check the oil
pressure regulator valve. Change the suction pump. Check the force pump and lubrication
system. Check the timing assembly. Change the timing chain. Change all engine bearings.
