Description
Increases or decreases the threshold of the high pass
filter. Higher settings provide more filtering and
reduction of motion artifacts. Lower settings provide
better sensitivity to lower velocities and small vessel
detection, with minimal reduction of motion artifacts.
Increases or decreases the value of the spatial filter,
which reduces the random noise level, by looking at
adjacent pixels to determine if a value is real or the
result of noise.
Averages velocity values for a number of transmit pulses
per acoustic line to optimize color flow signal-to-noise
ratio. Higher values of this setting increase sensitivity,
but decrease frame rate.
Optimizes color over 2D-mode.
