Assemble the adhesive gun and dispense a
continuous line on the cardboard, discard
the first 2 inches of adhesive to ensure that
mixing is taking place, go to the next step
immediately or the adhesive starts curing in
the dosing pipe.
9. Apply glue to the loose bracket/s using the
gun, apply as shown right.
10.Do not over-do the adhesive, it must be
allowed to spread over entire surface when
compressed but not so much that it spills
over.
11.Fixate according to point 5
12.Let dry for (minimum of 45 minutes but
preferably) one full hour allowing the
adhesive to cure
13.While the adhesive is curing, remove all
cardboard/paper towels used as drip
protection
14.Remove fixations when time has elapsed
and run the functions to ensure that they all
work as intended, adjust if needed/possible
15.Reassemble covers and/or panels
16.Restore product to its original location.
