SP 11. Lubricate Moving Parts
Lubrications see "Lockings, Lubrication and
Torques" on page 47
Chassis
1. Raise the system to its top position and re-
move the panels.
2. Use nipples on each of the four legs (a) to
lubricate.
3. Run the system up and down a couple of
times and let the grease spread.
Lift Arm
1. Remove screws (b) holding the lift arm.
2. Remove screws (c) holding top bushings.
3. Lift up, remove arm and bushings (d) from
tub.
4. Lubricate surface of arm. (e)
5. Lubricate inside the outer profile. (f)
6. Lubricate rotation bearings through small
holes on the bearings. (g)
7. When assembling use Loctite for screws. (b)
NOTE
Check that the screws (b) are properly
attached to the top attachment (h) by pulling
the arm upwards.
