Service Procedures
SP 19. Check Actuator
Lifetime
There is a built in counter for the lift arm actu-
ator showing the number of strokes performed.
The number of strokes can be read out on the 8
LED display (a) on the Control Box PCB. The
counter can be reset with switch SW2 (b).
The life time is displayed in
which is entered using the DIP-
TIME MODE
switch 3 and 4 (c).
To read out the lift arm actuator life time:
1. On the control board, set DIP-switch 3 in
position ON and DIP-switch 4 in position
OFF to enter
ACTUATOR LIFETIME MODE
2. The number of strokes is shown in 8
intervals from >0 strokes =LED 0 green to
maximum >17000 strokes with LED:s lit
according to table below. The LED:s are lit
up from bottom to top. (The picture to the
right shows that this actuator has performed
between 10000 and 11000 strokes)
3. Make a read out and make a note of the
interval shown.

If the lift arm actuator is replaced the
counter must be reset:
1. Enter
ACTUATOR LIFETIME MODE
2. -Make a read out and make a note of
the interval shown
3. Press SW2 for 5 seconds, a beep is
heard to confirm the zero-setting.
