SP 26. Replace Actuator Lift
Arm
Special tool needed to loosen screws on e.g.
actuator attachment:
1. Remove the tub front and inner cover on lift
arm side
2. Remove the chair from lift arm
3. Remove screws (a) holding the lift arm
4. Remove screws holding (b) top bushings.
One screw holds the top of the PCB inside.
5. Lift up, remove arm and bushings (c) from
tub. Put tape or a tool through both holes in
outer profile to support the PCB inside when
the screw on the bushing has been removed.
6. Raise the tub to top position
(If no Hi/lo actuators raise 30 cm)
7. Remove screw and nut (d) holding the top
attachment (e)
8. Pull off the o-ring (f) and take it off so it will
not fall down
9. Remove the bearing as one piece (g)
10.Put plastic tape (h) on outer profile
according to picture to protect it from being
scratched when later pushed through the top
attachment
11.Remove the swing actuator (i) from the lift
arm
12.Remove three screws (j) on each side to be
able to remove the guide plate (k)
13.The lower attachment (l) is now loose
