14.Remove microswitch to prevent it from
damage (q)
15.Remove three (m) of four screws for the
actuator attachment (n) (special tool
needed) One screw is left to keep the
actuator from dropping into the floor. These
screws are longer (16mm) than the rest of
the screws, do not mix them up!
16.Disconnect cabling from liftarm PCB (o).
Disconnect actuator cabling, connected just
outside the control box (p), cut the straps
holding the cable
17.Support the actuator from below then
remove clevis pin and cotter pin (r) holding
the actuator to the attachment,
18.Lower the actuator gently together with the
outer profile (s) down to the floor and the
divided rotation bearing (t) in the top
attachment will fall out making it possible to
recline the outer profile
19.The actuator can be removed by gently
lifting the outer profile (s) reclining it to be
able to pull out the actuator. The attached
tape prevents the top attachment from
scratches (see 10) when being pushed
through the top attachment.
Assembly
When assembling please note that several
screws needs torque and some Loctite, proceed
in accordance with Loctite manufacturers
recommendations. Old locking nuts shall be
replaced by new ones. For procedure see next
page.
