3-6 Disassembly, Reassembly and Lubrication
7. Removal of the "SA Adjust Sensor L"():
1) Remove 1 screw (NO.0, PHT (PT, BK), M2x5) and detach the "Lever Adjust Sensor L"().
2) Remove the "Key Adjust Sensor L"() and the "Spring Adjust Sensor L"() upward.
3) Remove 1 screw (BHT (PT), M2x5) and detach the "Holder Adjust Sensor L Cable"() and
the "SA Adjust Sensor L"() from the "Holder Adjust Sensor L"().
4) Peel off the "Sheet Adjust Sensor L" from the "Holder Adjust Sensor L"().
8. Removal of the "Guide Paper R"():
1) Remove 1 screw (NO.0 PHT(BT#1), M2x3) and detach the "Spring Leaf Guide Paper R"()
and the "Guide Paper R"().
9. Peel off the "Sheet Adjust Sensor L Scale"() and the "Label, Edge Caution-02"() from the
"Guide Paper L"().
Notes on reassembling:
1. Since the "Guide Paper R"() has its orientation, assemble it in the correct direction referring
to the figure. After assembling, be sure to check if it can move smoothly.
2. Assembling the "SA Adjust Sensor L"():
1) Pass the wires of the "SA Adjust Sensor L" inside the hooks of the "Holder Adjust Sensor L
Cable"(). Be sure that they do not run over the hooks. (Refer to the following enlarged
view.)
2) The following is a figure viewing from the bottom of the "SA Guide Paper L" and the "SA2
Main Frame". Pass the cable (A) of the "SA Adjust Sensor L" through the slit (A') of the
"SA2 Main Frame" and then fix it on the hook.

3. Assembling the "SA Head Up SW"():
1) Assemble it by reversing the disassembling procedure.
2) Referring to above figure, pass the cable (B) of the "SA Head Up SW" through the opening
(B') of the "SA2 Main Frame" and fix it on the hook.
