Maintenance and Service

Cardiac Science Corporation recommends performing the following routine
maintenance procedures per the schedule listed or as needed.
Clean and Disinfect
Clean and disinfect the Atria at least once per shift, or as needed.
Equipment damage. Do not use ether, bleach, acetone, benzene, or similar
solvents to clean the Atria, cables, or sensors.
Only use the following cleaning agents: 3M™ 23H,
® Nice Pak ® Sani-System, or Virex II™.
PDI
Equipment damage. Do not immerse the Atria, cables, or sensors in any
type of fluid.
If the Atria is immersed in, or comes in contact with, large quantities of
fluid, immediately discontinue use and contact a qualified service
technician.
Equipment damage. Do not hot sterilize Atria, cables, or sensors.
ATRIA EXTERIOR
To Clean and Disinfect:
• Use a clean damp cloth to apply a disinfectant listed above.
PATIENT CABLE AND REUSABLE SENSORS
