5-10 Atria Electrocardiograph Operating Instructions
Misdiagnosis. Records sent by fax may not be suitable for diagnostic use
due to the low resolution of some fax receiving equipment.
Enter up to four 20-digit fax numbers (include outside line access number,
if necessary).
1. Connect telephone line to the RJ11 port.
NOTE: See "Equipment Connections" on pg. 5-2 for Atria
connection diagrams. The modem will not work if phone cord
is connected to the network port).
2. Press [Home] and then press [Setup].
3. Select
Send Receive
or
TOUCH TONE
Pulse
4. For each fax, enter a fax number and description.
5. Verify fax operation:
a. Press [Home] then press [ECG] twice.
b. Select
Fax ECG
c. Select the fax destination and verify the receiving fax machine
successfully prints out the ECG.
Misdiagnosis. ECG reports images viewed or printed in .pdf format at a
size other than 100% may be appear distorted.
Network setup is required in order to use the email option. See "Network
Setup" on pg. 5-3.
Refer to "Equipment Connections" on pg. 5-2.
• For Ethernet network, connect to network via RJ45 port.
• For 802.11, connect to the 802.11 USB port.
The Atria emails ECG reports in .pdf format.
1. Press [Home] and then press [Setup].
