3 Type the number you want to assign to the new extension list in the List
Extension text box. The NBX 100 supplies a default number, but you can
change it if you want. You must not choose a number currently being
used by the NBX 100 as either an extension or as the number of an
extension list.
Whether you use the default name, or you choose a different one, type
an asterisk in front of the number (as the left-most character). Although
the format is similar to an extension, the number represents a list, and the
NBX 100 prevents you from dialing an extension list. The asterisk in front
of the number is a convention that reminds you that the extension list
number is not a normal extension.
4 Type the name you want to assign to the new extension list in the Name
text box. Names can include upper and lower case alphanumeric
characters, spaces, underscores, and dashes.
5 Initially, there are no extensions in the Extensions in List scroll list on the
left side of the window, and the available extensions appear in the
Extensions not in List scroll list on the right. To move an extension to the
left scroll list, highlight the extension and click <<. You can use Shift-click
to select a block of extensions, and Control-click to select several
extensions at different locations in the list.
