Important:
Note spring loading.
•
Use hook, BMW No. 46 5 721, to disengage
springs (5).
•
Remove fasteners (1) on left and right.
•
Remove the main stand
•
Remove spacer sleeve (2) from frame.
•
Installation is the reverse of the removal proce-
dure.
Lubricant:
for spacer sleeve............... Staburags NBU 30 PTM
X
Tightening torques:
Main stand to frame ..................................... 41 Nm
