Wrong dielectric constant of the lower medium may cause a measuring error.

If, in the case of the operating mode 32940: Interface with capacitance the lower
medium is no water, it is necessary to specify its dielectric constant (DC value). Block:
ADV_SETUP (TRDASUP); parameter: DC vaylue lower medium
(dc_value_lower_medium).
