Page 165 Levelflex FMP55 FOUNDATION Fieldbus Operating menu "Probe settings" submenu The Probe settings submenu helps to ensure that the end of probe signal within the envelope curve is correctly assigned by the evaluation algorithm. The assignment is correct if the length of probe indicated by the device matches the acutal lenght of the probe. The automatic probe length correction can only be performed if the probe is installed in the vessel and is completely uncovered (no medium).
