7 Troubleshooting

The V/f pattern setting is incorrect.
The frequency references (P3 parameters) are set incor-
rectly.
One of the condition is not kept:
P3-01 > P3-02 > P3-03 > P3-04.

Or P3-04 > (P3-07 × P6-05) and P3-04 > (P3-07 × P6-06).
Or P7-05 > P3-04.
Or (P1-15 + P1-23) > P1-14.
Or P1-03 > P1-02.
Or P1-11 > P1-12.
 Auto-Tuning Errors

Motor data fault
Er-01
The input motor data are not valid. (e.g. the base
frequency and base speed do not fit).
Minor Fault
Er-02
• The wiring is faulty.
• The load is too heavy.
Er-03
The STOP button was pressed and Auto-Tuning
was canceled.
Resistance fault
Er-04
• Wrong input data.
• Auto tuning exceeded the given time frame.
• Calculated values out of range.
No-Load Current Error
Er-05
• Incorrect data was entered.
• Auto tuning took too long.
• Calculated values out of range.
Rated Slip Error
Er-08
• Wrong data input.
• Auto tuning exceeded the given time frame.
• Calculated values out of range.
Acceleration error
Er-09
The motor did not accelerate for the specified
acceleration time.
Er-11
Motor speed fault.
The torque reference was too high.

Corrective Action
• Check the V/f pattern settings.
• Refer to the Technical Manual for
more details.
• Check and correct values, entered to
P1 parameters and repeat set P4-01 to
1 again.
Corrective Action
Re-enter the data and repeat Auto-Tuning.
• Check the wiring.
• Check the load. Always perform Auto-Tuning
with the load uncoupled from the motor.
Repeat the Auto-Tuning.
• Check the input data.
• Check the wiring.
• Re-enter the data and repeat the Auto-Tuning.
• Increase the acceleration time C1-01.
• Check the torque limits L7-01 and L7-02.
• Increase the acceleration time (C1-01).
• If possible, disconnect the load.
