Test setup and description

Chapter 2 takes you step by step through the procedure for ATM layer QoS tests. The
procedure is based on a configuration with terminal emulation and signaling, to allow switched
virtual connections (SVCs) to be tested. The example selection of an end-to-end measurement
requires the use of a second instrument. The operating steps described apply to the left-hand
instrument in "Calling" mode.
