2.3.2 Error Related Parameters
Measurement algorithm conforms to ITU-T recommendation O.191, issue of 9th January 1997.
The following parameters are measured as count and rate (or ratio) values.
• Cell loss
• Cell error
• Cell misinsertion
• Severely errored cell block, SECB
The "Analyzed Cell Count" is also indicated.
2.3.3 Delay Related Parameters
Delay measurements are only possible if the generator cell stream is looped back to the
receiver, i.e. when the instrument receives its own cell stream again.
