The "Address Input" dialog

Accessed using the "Change Address" button. The dialog is used to set the instrument address
(own call address).

Meaning
Combo box with protocol types: UNI 3.0, UNI 3.1, Q.2931
Check box for selecting "Associated Signaling". This requires that the
Q.2931 protocol is selected. With "Associated Signaling", the user
channels are in the same virtual path (VP) as the signaling channel.
Header value for the signaling channel.
Decimal, Hex.

"Hex" option: Hexadecimal input

Virtual path identifier

Virtual channel identifier
Range
Display field for VPI/VCI range of values
Address display and button for changing the instrument address
