Sets or queries the time base horizontal scale. The same as
HORizontal[:MAIn]:SCAle

HORizontal:DELay:SCAle?
<NR3> is the time per division. The range is range from 1 (or 2) ns to 100 s,
depending on the model. The acceptable values are in a 1-2.5-5 sequence.
HORIZONTAL:DELay:SCALE 2E-6 sets the DELay scale to 2μs per division.
HORIZONTAL:DELay:SCALE? might return :HORIZONTAL:
DELay :SCALE 2.0000E-06 indicating that the DELay scale is currently set to
2 μs per division.
Sets or queries the time base horizontal scale. The same as
HORizontal[:MAIn]:SECdiv
