HYDRAULIC BRAKES
Remove the cotter pin and pull out the joint pin
connecting the master cylinder push rod end and
rear brake pedal shaft.

Place a clean drain pan under the master cylinder
and disconnect the brake hoses from the master
cylinder.
CAUTION:
A void spilling brake fluid on painted or plastic
surfaces to prevent paint damage.
Remove the master cylinder attaching bolts and
remove the master cylinder.
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the rubber cover.
Remove the snap ring with snap ring pliers (07914-
3230001) and remove the push rod from the master
cylinder.
