D Transmitting an MDC Radio Check call

An MDC Radio Check call enables the user to
determine whether the targeted station is turned ON,
within the communication range and on the channel,
without requiring any action from the targeted station
user.
<Key operation>
1. Push [Call Menu] to display the Call Menu screen.
2. Push [Up] or [Down] to select a station ID, then
push [OK].
3. Push [Up] or [Down] to select "Radio Check."
4. Push [PTT] to transmit an MDC Radio Check call.
• After receiving an acknowledgement, "Success" is
displayed.
• When the transceiver does not receive an
acknowledgement, "Failed" is displayed.
• After transmitting the Radio Check call, returns to the
Standby screen.
