Update the attributes as required and select Next.

Meaning
The email address to which the PTP 250 will send the alert
messages.
The email address used by the PTP 250 to log into the email
server. This must be recognized by the server.
The IP address of the networked email server.
The port number used by the networked email server. By
convention the default value is 25.
