Maintenance and repairs

After maintenance and/or repair intervention, the
components used must ensure that the hygiene and
safety requirements initially provided for the appliance
are still met. These are met by using original spare parts
only.
After repair or replacement of components related to
parts in direct contact with water and food, a washing
procedure has to be carried out, as in the case of first
installation.
If the machine remains inactive longer than 1

week, it is necessary to perform the changing
of the 100% of the water contained in the
hydraulic circuits of the machine, by using the
appropriate dispensing points, as described in
paragraph "Activation".
The user must be sufficiently informed to
correctly operate the machine. It is recommended

not to carry out any operations on the appliance
which may modify or alter its operation.
