Gear Box and Belt Replacement

This document reviews the process to replace the gear box and the drive belt in the 8-G stepmill.
Tools Required:
• 1/8" Allen Key
• 7/16" Socket
• ½" Socket
• 3/4" Socket
1. Remove the four (4) rivets securing
the user left side shroud to the frame,
then remove the user left shroud.
NOTE: Be sure to remove the white
plastic fastener from the inside of the
shroud.
2. Use a 7/16" socket to remove the
bracket securing the gear box to the
frame
