(b) Parallel Port Mode
Use this option to set information of ECP and Standard Bi-directional.
ECP
Std. Bi-Direct.
NOTE: When the Windows is used, the setting in "Toshiba HW setup" has the
priority. The setting in "Parallel Port Mode" is ignored.
(c) Hard Disk Mode
Use this item to select the hard disk mode.
Enhanced IDE (normal)
Standard IDE
(a) USB KB/Mouse Legacy Emulation
This option sets the Legacy support condition of the USB keyboard and the USB
mouse.
Enabled Enables
USB keyboard/USB mouse are available without the driver.
Disabled Disables LEGACY support

Sets the port mode to Extended Capabilities Port (ECP).
For most printers, the port should be set to ECP. (Default)
Sets the bi-directional setting. This setting should be used
with some other parallel devices.
Select this mode when the HDD is used for MS-DOS,
Windows 95/98/2000/XP, or OS/2.
Select this mode when using an OS which does not
support the Enhanced IDE. When this mode is selected,
up to 528MB is logically available and the rest of the
capacity is not usable.
